COOKING METHOD
Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker till tender remove from pressure cooker and peel the potatoes, pric them with fork.
Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown.
Roast cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds,poppy seeds, cool and grind with ginger and garlic add little water.
Heat oil in a pan add red chilli,cinnamon,bay leaf, cook for 1 minute add onion and cook till golden brown and ground masala, tomato, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cook for another five minutes.
Add curds and cook till oil comes on the top and potatoes mix gently add half cup water, cook for another five minutes on medium flame.
Remove from fire and serve hot.
2) Khatta Meetha Karela - Sweet and Sour Bitter Gourd
INGREDIENTS
Bitter gourds - 250 grams
Jaggery - 50 Grams
Tamarind - 20 Grams
Salt - 1 tea spoon
Red chilli powder - 1 table spoon
Coriander powder - 3 table spoon
Oil - 4 Table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tea spoon
Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
COOKING METHOD
Peel the bitter gourds and rub in 100 grams slat, wash and keep aside.
Cut in the center from one side and half cook in pressure cooker, remove from pressure cooker, fill it with  mixture of red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
Soak jaggery and tamarind in 1/2 cup luke warm water and make find pulp
Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, asafoetida and half cooked bitter gourd, 1/2 cup tamarind and jaggery pulp.
Cover with lid and pour little water on it.
Let it cook on medium fire till done.
Serve Hot.

COOKING METHOD
Boil basby corns and keep aside.
Grind in mixie item no.2 to 0
Add 1 cup hot water with grated coconut, liquidiese and extract milk, keep aside.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds when it turns brown add ground masala, cook for five minutes.
Add baby corn and cook for a while.  Add coconut milk and sugar,cook for five minutes.
Combine milk and corn  flour,make a smooth paste, add this to gravy, add garam masala. simmer for two minutes.
Remove from fire and serve hot.

Cook the dals in pressure cooker till done.  mash the dals well.
Add turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice into the cooked dal, boil for five minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, garlic, asafoetida,green chillies, ginger,curry leaves, red chilli powder and tomato, cook for few minutes, pour this mixture on the cooked dals.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Cook dals in pressure cooker till done.
Mash well, add turmeric powder, salt and boil for 5 minutes.
In a separate pan heat ghee, add cumin powder, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies, onion ,garlic,ginger and cook for two three minutes, add tomato and cook well, add remaining masala and curd.
When the ghee comes on the top add dal mixture.  Boil for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves
